3. Services Provided

- Payment and Booking Tools: Optional payment gateways and scheduling tools.

3.2 Responsibilities
- Guests: Conduct due diligence before engaging with Vendors.
- Members: Publish accurate and truthful information.
- Vendors: Ensure listed products/services are legitimate and comply with legal obligations.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Honor Code
All users must behave respectfully and ethically. Prohibited activities include:
- Fraudulent listings.
- Harassment.
- Selling illegal or unsafe products.
4.2 Due Diligence
Members and Vendors must verify the quality and legitimacy of shared products, services, or information.
4.3 Liability Waiver
By using YogaSurfHive, users waive all claims against the platform, acknowledging its role as a venue provider only.
5. Booking and Transactions
5.1 Listing Services or Products
Users can create listings with photos, descriptions, availability calendars, and pricing. All listings must follow community guidelines.
5.2 Payment Processing
Vendors can:
- Use personal payment methods (e.g., bank transfers, cash).
- Rent YogaSurfHive’s payment gateway for a 15% per-transaction fee.
5.3 Cancellations and Refunds
- Appointments: Full refunds for cancellations made 24+ hours in advance (if processed via YogaSurfHive).
- Vendor Policies: Govern refunds for other transactions.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
6.1 Platform Role
YogaSurfHive provides tools but is not responsible for user transactions, disputes, or interactions.
6.2 No Warranties
YogaSurfHive disclaims all warranties related to:
- Accuracy or reliability of user-provided content.
- Performance of tools, systems, or services.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
